Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct behavioral health services to patients, including assessments and brief interventions.
  • Collaborate with primary care providers to integrate mental health care into patient treatment plans.
  • Develop individualized care plans and document patient progress in accordance with clinic protocols.
  • Assist in crisis management and refer patients to specialized mental health services as needed.
  • Provide consultation and education to clinic staff on behavioral health best practices.
  • Monitor patient outcomes and modify interventions to improve care delivery.

We're Looking For:

  • Education: Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field required.
  • Experience: 2+ years of clinical experience in behavioral health, preferably in primary care or community health settings.
  • Licensure: Licensed or license-eligible in [state of practice].
  • Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and crisis management skills.
  • Knowledge: Familiarity with evidence-based mental health interventions and best practices in integrated care.
