CFO- (#PBC)

Seeking a CFO for a nationally recognized leader in disaster restoration, emergency services and remediation, with concentration the commercial sector seeking a CFO to join their growing Palm Beach Florida office.

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial leadership, oversee all financial aspects of our company, with a strong focus on project accounting due to the nature of our business.

Responsible for developing and implementing financial strategies, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

• Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for stakeholders.

• Oversee project accounting activities, ensuring accurate tracking of costs, revenues, and profitability for each project.

• Lead the annual budgeting process, financial forecasting into the company's financial performance and outlook.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and implement strategies to optimize cash flow efficiency.

• Bachelor's degree in accounting; Masters or MBA preferred, CPA a MUST.

• Experience as a CFO managing a department of at least 10+ employees.

• Knowledge of project accounting, construction, or real estate development.

• Experience with senior lending arrangements including ABL structures, lender covenant compliance, etc.

• Strong understanding of financial reporting standards (GAAP), regulations, and compliance.
