Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the overall operations of the dental program, ensuring effective delivery of care.
- Treat patients as needed.
- Supervise and mentor dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and support personnel.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance care delivery and program outcomes.
- Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
- Develop strategies for patient engagement and retention.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.
We're Looking For:
- Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
- Licensure: Oregon Dental License.
- Experience: 3+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dental services.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Knowledge: Familiarity with public health principles and dental practice operations.
