Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the overall operations of the dental program, ensuring effective delivery of care.
  • Treat patients as needed.
  • Supervise and mentor dental staff, including dentists, hygienists, and support personnel.
  • Collaborate with other departments to enhance care delivery and program outcomes.
  • Monitor and report on program performance, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop strategies for patient engagement and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable regulations and policies.

We're Looking For:

  • Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Public Health, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
  • Licensure: Oregon Dental License.
  • Experience: 3+ years of healthcare management experience, preferably in dental services.
  • Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

Knowledge: Familiarity with public health principles and dental practice operations.
