Needs RN, bachelor's preferred.

· Need someone with neuro experience or critical care experience.

· Looking for someone with clinical knowledge as well as supervisor experience at the minimum.

· 47.4 FTEs (53 employees)

· Units covered – 6 bed Critical Care Unit (CCU) and 12 bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU)

· Support structure – 1 CNE, 1 VP of Nursing, 1 Director, 1 CNS, 8 Charge Nurses (clinical org chart attached)

· Unit(s) biggest challenges – Transitioning new ICU nurses into clinical practices, retention
