Our client is an online retailer of professional skincare and beauty products.  Seeking an experienced, strategic, and results-driven Marketing Manager with a focus on Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising and Email Marketing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing PPC campaigns, possess advanced skills in Klaviyo, and demonstrate a strong background in analytics. As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in developing and executing effective digital marketing strategies to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • PPC Campaign Management:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive PPC strategies across various platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, and social media channels.
  • Conduct thorough keyword research, ad copy creation, and ongoing optimization to maximize ROI.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights to optimize campaign effectiveness.
  • Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns, including keyword research, ad creation, and bid management.
  • Conduct A/B testing and ongoing optimization to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.

Email Marketing:

  • Leverage Klaviyo and other email marketing tools to create and implement targeted email campaigns that align with overall marketing objectives.
  • Monitor email deliverability, open rates, and click-through rates, making data-driven adjustments to improve performance.
  • Coordinate with creative department on needed assets to segment audiences
  • Conduct A/B testing with subject lines/ creative/ content.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Utilize strong analytical skills to assess the performance of marketing campaigns, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain KPI dashboards to track key metrics and measure the success of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and overall business goals.

Strategy and Innovation:

  • Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in PPC, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Contribute to the development of innovative marketing strategies to enhance the overall digital presence and customer engagement.

  • Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Google Analytics for campaign tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant certifications in PPC and email marketing will be considered a plus.
