Superintendent Commercial Construction opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL

Our client is a privately held construction firm experienced in General Contractor / Construction Management Firm seeking an Construction Project Superintendent, the ideal candidate will be responsible for the overall safety, schedule, quality, and on-site activities of each construction project that he is assigned.

  • Prior experience as superintendent for multi-family, office buildings, and medical.
  • Maintain an organized jobsite, project security and deliveries, and controls all on-site communications.
  • Knowledgeable of the Plans, Specifications, contract requirements, local requirements, safety, and OSHA requirements.

Job requirements


  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, Construction Management or related field is required.
  • 4+ years of superintendent experience in commercial construction is desired.
