Tech PM

Seeking Project Management, Business Analysis, Program Management, Equity Swaps and Equity Derivatives experience.

Work experience with a major Investment Bank, Hedge Fund or Buy / Sell Side. Has good understanding of Equity Trading flow, Should have good technical skill including SQL, GREP. Should have FO, MO experience

Attributes:

• Familiarity with Equity Cash Trading and allocation require
• Understanding of Equity Swap Trading and allocation preferred
• Block, allocation and matching experience is preferred
• Quick learner and self started
• Ability to work with abstracts and be able to operate based on a high level understanding of the traded products
• Ability to continuously learn and improve about product experience
• Ability to enforce to have teams deliver on time under budget
• Strong PM Experience that showcases experience is managing projects while tracking dependencies, scoping and time
• Demonstrates ability to own items and works to resolve problems
• Interact with Desk Heads and Senior Management in addition to compliance, Technology Leads, developers and QA team

Key Responsibilities

• Draft Meeting Minutes, create and main project plans
• Manages Project Budgets
• Dome projects and performs cost benefit analysis
• Document all phases of projects
• Create and maintain Jira Dashboard
• Creates, maintains and presents Project Status reporting
• Documents process flows and system diagrams in Visio
• Drafts BRDs and TRDs
• Understanding of Fixed Income trading would be a nice to have
